AETOS Wine Gelatin
Ingredients:
500 g organic apples
750 cl AETOS Wine
5 cloves
500 g sugar
20 g pectin + 20 g sugar
Preparation:
Cut the apples in small pieces and mix with wine, 500 g of sugar and cloves. Let stand for 24 hours. Bring to boil for 90 minutes and then filter.
Add pectin and the remaining 20 grams of sugar and stir properly. Filter again and fill in small glasses.
The AETOS Wine Gelatin tastes delicious if served with aged cheese.
