Orange muffins with olive oil AETOS

Ingredients:

- 3 eggs
- 170 g AETOS biological extra virgin olive oil
- 250 g sugar
- 90 ml orange juice
- 185 g flour 00
- ½ packet of baking powder

Preparation:
Using the electric mixer beat the eggs and the sugar. Little by little pour the olive oil and the orange juice in the batter and add the flour and the baking powder. Fill the cupcake pans for 2/3 and bake them about 20minutes in the preheated oven to 175°C.
