Of course, this aromatic beverage can’t be missing either at the ADLER Spa Resorts. We offer more than 50 different types of teas, from the most different herbs, spices and fruits. Depending on the plants, there can be used leaves, buds, flowers, fruits, caules or even roots.

In the ADLER Balance the most popular type of tea is the: Well-Being. It is a herbal tea which consists of different herbs such as: peppermint, melissa, alchemilla, plantago lanceolata, orangemint, crimson beebalm, calendula and cornflower. It has a vitalizing and blood-purifying effect.

Where does all the tea in the ADLER Spa Resorts come from? The majority of the tea comes from the South Tyrolean herbal farm Pflegerhof and the Tuscan Officina della Natura. With more than 40 different types of mint, nearly 50 types of sage and 20 different varieties of basil, the family run Pflegerhof is not only South Tyrol’s first but also most variegated herbal farm. Besides the Officina della Natura in Tuscany, concerning the agriculture of the Val d’Orcia and the Monte Amiata, as well as the cultivation of medicinal herbs.
